Machining
CNC machining plays a central role, if not the central role, in the high-precision manufacturing of air heat sinks and liquid coolers. It is only through CNC machining that the raw materials are transformed into custom air or liquid coolers. The possibilities of machining are diverse.

Milling
For the production of air and liquid heat sinks, primarily 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis simulation milling centers are used. Due to the tolerance and flatness requirements of our products, we exclusively use Japanese CNC machining centers from Matsuura and Brother, which are characterized by outstanding repeatability, fast machining cycles, and short tool change times. By using large tool magazines, separating humans and machines through automated linear pallet storage with robot-based storage and loading stations, it is now possible to largely automate the machining of small and medium batch sizes in the production of heat sinks.

Deep Hole Drilling
Deep hole drilling plays a crucial role in the production of liquid coolers when it comes to creating precise channels for the cooling circuit. This specialized drilling technique enables the precise machining of long, narrow holes with a high length-to-diameter ratio.
