Sustainability is THE keyword of our time to address the looming climate crisis. More and more customers are showing great interest in sustainable products and are willing to pay more for them. But how can sustainability succeed specifically in our case of electronic cooling? This can only be achieved through a holistic transformation process of our company. Let’s see where we can make a difference!

Digital Twin and Simulation

With software and expertise, our thermal management experts determine cooling performance through simulation. The creation of multiple prototypes and product stages is eliminated, significantly reducing the material and energy consumption associated with development, saving not only resources but also time and costs.

Energy-Saving Manufacturing Processes

Expanding and further developing alternative joining technologies that conserve energy and materials also benefit the environment. The expansion of permanent, durable yet resource-efficient adhesive bonds gradually replaces energy-intensive joining methods such as vacuum soldering. Product lifespan is extended, and material stress during the manufacturing process is reduced. Quality and functionality are also ensured through regular machine maintenance. Our machinery is becoming increasingly automated over time, with only the necessary optimized process and machine run times tightly controlled and maximized to avoid idle times. This saves energy and time.
