Development Package Offer
Our range includes thermal packages that offer different approaches to the development and optimisation of cooling solutions. Two options are available: simulation packages, in which existing heat sinks are analysed and simulated, and development packages, in which cooling solutions are created virtually from scratch according to individual requirements. Depending on the complexity of the model structure, the number of power loss sources and the fluid systems used, a customised, optimised cooling solution is calculated.
