Performance Optimization

Integrated Heatpipes

Square, rectangular, or round pin-fin, high-fin, and pin heat sinks for compact spaces.
Optimal Convection
Our special heat sinks achieve the best possible cooling performance thanks to cross and transverse ventilation. Especially in small installation spaces, e.g. for cooling LED components.
Pure Aluminum or Copper
With a very high aluminium content of 99.5 %, EN AW-1050A offers the best properties for forming into the desired shape using cold and extrusion processes. Pinfin radiators can also be manufactured from copper alloys and therefore offer even better heat conduction properties.
Unlimited Variations
Favourable tooling costs enable almost infinite variant options in a compact and optimally adapted design.
Over 30 years ago, Antje Gornik and Martin Lausberg began producing extruded profile heat sinks and, as founders, laid the foundation for our company today. Today, profiled heat sinks are still an important part of our technology and product family.
Benedikt LausbergChief Executive Officer
An extruded aluminium pin-fin heat sink is an effective and widely used component for heat dissipation in electronic devices. This form of heat sink is made from EN AW 1050 (Al 99.5). The manufacturing technique of extrusion moulding enables the production of complex structures that ensure improved heat dissipation. The surface of the heat sink consists of a large number of thin, vertical ribs or fins or other geometries known as pins. This structure significantly increases the surface area of the heat sink, which leads to efficient heat dissipation. The pins of the heat sink are arranged in such a way that they provide a maximum contact surface with the environment. This enables faster heat transfer through convection, effectively lowering the temperature of the cooled component. The high surface area increase and the improved air circulation between the pins help to optimise the thermal performance of the heat sink.
